Ran across the real estate zebra, a blog maintained by Daniel Rothamel, a young, up-and-coming realtor. After poking around his site, we found the following definition of a real estate zebra.
Interestingly enough, we are not realtors but we agree with his sentiments. Maybe we should all strive to be zebras?
