Aside from the excellent teachers, we like the locale. The school is located in an old church where you can really feel the vibes.  About the schoolThe Wilson School of Dance has flourished into a leading dance training center due to your dedication, motivation, and talent. We have grown from a small school in Crozet, to 15 years in the Wesley Foundation Building, to our own lovely building (a former church) with 2 studios, family friendly waiting and changing rooms, professional sprung floors (like those in N.Y.C. Ballet), easy on-premise parking, and many amenities. Established in 1977 by Juanita Wilson, the school has earned the highest esteem and respect locally, state-wide and nationally by training outstanding technical and artistic dancers. We believe exposure to various dance types is beneficial in developing creativity and expression as well as technical expertise. We also believe that a caring, involved student/ teacher relationship allowing individual attention is essential for progressive learning.
